In some live and on-demand presentations you will have the opportunity to participate in audience polls, ask questions, or view supplementary materials by clicking links within the presentation.
View and answer polls
- Click Polls to view a presentation's polls.
- Click Take Poll on the same row as a poll to answer it.
- Once you have taken a poll, click View Results to see how other people responded to it.
Ask questions
Ask questions during a live presentation
- Click Ask to display a questions form.
- Type your question, name, and e-mail address (if you have one) and click Submit Question. A moderator viewing questions will receive your question. The moderator then has the option to present the question to the presenter during the presentation or send you a response by e-mail.
Note: When a presentation is live, the live presentation indicator flashes red.
Ask questions during an on-demand presentation
- Click Ask. Your e-mail client will launch a new message window with the presenter's e-mail address as the recipient.
- Enter the question and send the e-mail as you would do normally.
Note: In an on-demand presentation, if the presenter has not provided an e-mail this feature is disabled.

- Click Links to view links associated with the presentation.
- Click a link to launch a separate browser window and connect to the link's URL.
Note: The Links button only appears in the Viewer for presentations with links added.
